Nadi Shodhana: A Second Series Course with Meghan
Saturdays, October 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th, 2023 || 8-10am AEDT

Ashtanga’s Second Series, called Nadi Shodhana, begins to work with purifying the channels in which prana flows throughout the subtle body and is the energetic compliment to the forms found in the Primary Series.
We will group the postures into four families: Backbends, Hips & Energetic Seals, Arm Balances & Inversions, and Twists. Within each family, we will begin by understanding the essence of each posture and discover different ways of approaching and adapting them; making them more accessible to our individual circumstances.
These sessions will take place live on Zoom and be interactive, leaving space for questions and discussion. Recordings will be sent out within 48 hours and will be available for three months.
You do not have to be practicing Second Series to join these classes. However, it’s recommended that you have an established understanding of the Primary Series. If you have any questions, please reach out!
October 7th: Backbends
Salabasana, Bhekasana, Dhanurasana, Parsva Danurasana, Ustrasana, Laghu Vajrasana, Kapotasana, Supta Vajrasana.
October 14th: Twists
Pasasana, Kraunchasana, Bharadvajasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, Parighasana, Supta Urdhva Pada Vajrasana.
October 21st: Hips & Energetic Seals
Eka Pada Sirsasana, Dwi Pada Sirsasana, Yoga Nidrasana, Vatayanasana, Gomukhasana
October 28th: Arm Balances & Inversions
Bakasana, Tittibhasana, Pincha Myurasana, Karandavasana Mayurasana, Nakrasana, Mukta Hasta & Baddha Hasta Sirsasana.
