Guided Ashtanga with Meghan
Join Meghan for a 75 min guided primary series Wednesday’s at 5:45pm AEST.
Each class will include sun salutations, standing postures, and seated asanas from the Ashtanga primary series. By grouping together postures means less jump-backs, and there are options given for the more difficult postures. This class is a little shorter than a full primary series and offers a well-rounded practice.
If you are new to the practice, you are welcome to come join and do as much as is comfortable!
