Fundamentals of Backbending with Meghan
A Two Hour Virtual and In-Person Workshop
The practice of backbending requires the inner strength to be vulnerable and the courage to open our hearts.
In this two-hour session with Meghan, we will learn how the internal form of breath relates to an expansive heart and ways of developing strength, stability, and openness to support ourselves in various backbends. Join Meghan in discovering the confidence and grace as we explore these movements — wherever you’re at! All levels are welcome.
Held in-person at The Hobart Breathing Space or virtually via Zoom.
